Reuse existing fittings.

Design & tender

Calculated to standard.

Lighting calculation with DIALux to ASR A3.4, DIN EN 12464-2 and DIN EN 13201. Data sheets and LDT photometric files for each series for designers, electrical contractors and tenders.

Quality, not DIY store

Good value is what lasts.

Cheap floodlights cost little to buy but fail after a few years, light unevenly and burn uncontrolled all night. As a manufacturer we supply robust, highly efficient LED luminaires, spare parts for 10 years after the end of availability and optics that put the light where it is needed – at prices direct from the manufacturer.

If masts and cables are in good condition, you often only replace the luminaires. That saves foundations and civil works – often one of the largest cost items. We supply masts if needed; foundations, groundworks, cable laying and erecting the masts are carried out by a contractor of your choice.

Safety lighting

Car parks and underground garages: plan emergency lighting at the same time.

In enclosed large garages, the German state garage regulations require emergency lighting for escape routes. We design general and emergency lighting together – with our own emergency lighting.

Frequently asked questions

Briefly answered.

Who supplies LED outdoor lighting for car parks and company premises?

TRiALED, as a manufacturer, supplies LED street lights, floodlights and masts from one source – with lighting calculations to ASR A3.4, DIN EN 12464-2 or DIN EN 13201. Foundations and civil works are carried out by a contractor of your choice.

How many lux does a customer car park need?

To DIN EN 12464-2, 5, 10 or 20 lx depending on traffic. Busy car parks such as at supermarkets and retail parks are usually designed for 20 lx. Company car parks need at least 10 lx under ASR A3.4.

Can existing masts and fittings stay?

Often yes. If masts and cables are in good condition, only the luminaires are replaced. In car parks, existing fittings have been modernised with LED modules – 2,830 of them in a furniture store's car park.

Are there data sheets and photometric files for tenders?

Yes. Every series has data sheets and LDT photometric files, for example for DIALux. On request we calculate the area ourselves and supply the lighting calculation.

Does an underground garage need emergency lighting?

Under the German state garage regulations, enclosed large garages generally need emergency lighting for escape routes. The exact requirements depend on the state, size and type of construction.

Is LED worth it in a car park if the old system still works?

Usually yes, because car park lights burn for many hours a year. LED uses less electricity, can be dimmed depending on the version and needs less maintenance. The LED savings calculator shows what it means for you.
